Introductory Call
After confirming there is available funding and the feasibility of an ACU build at your property, we will set up an initial meeting with you to discuss your build possibilities and prospective ways we can work together. We will also answer any questions you may have at this time to ensure that our program is a good fit for you.
Partnership Proposal
Following our initial discussion we will create a formal partnership proposal inclusive of preliminary build design, budget breakdown, pro forma financial analysis, and our partnership agreement. We will then schedule a time to walk through these items and work with you to incorporate any feedback or suggestions you may have.
Final Consultation & Approvals
After we have reached an agreement to move forward, we will coordinate with any other interested parties such as your lender and one of our in-network general contractors to receive final approvals and finalize the scope of work. Closing underwriting requirements such as background and / or credit checks may be required at this time.
Funding & Development
We will directly fund you project and manage all development + regulatory requirements throughout the entire project timeline. Sit back, relax, and enjoy watching your vision come to life!
Project Completion
Once the ACU is finished and the certificate of occupancy is received, we will work to either sell the unit or help you directly purchase it as prescribed in our partnership agreement. In either scenario Accessory Condo Co. will manage all of the necessary work to ensure that you receive only the benefits of this new unit and none of the headaches!
After the unit is sold we will either send you your payment or transfer our ownership interest in the project to you. Congratulations! You have now unlocked the full potential of your property!
